The eight-week curriculum

Each week is one module. Each module rewires one part of how you move through the world.

The course is evergreen, which means you can join any cohort and complete the curriculum in order. If you start mid-cycle, you'll finish the earlier modules in the next round — you'll never be lost or behind.

Here's how the choreography works: you start at Module 1 on your week one, and join the live room with everyone else every Thursday. Your modules progress on your timeline; the live practice happens with the whole cohort. No one ever feels behind.

Getting comfortable being seen

From self-consciousness into presence. We start where most men get stuck — with the body's reaction to attention itself. You'll learn to recognize the hyper-awareness loop, drop out of performance mode, and tolerate being witnessed without immediately editing yourself.

What does "evergreen" actually mean for this course?

Cohorts run continuously. You can join at any point, and you'll always begin with Module 1 — even if the current cohort is on Module 5. You complete the modules in order. If you join mid-cycle, you'll finish your remaining modules in the following cohort, at no additional cost, with no gap in your experience. You'll never be lost or behind.

I'm shy. Am I going to be forced to do scary things on camera?

You're going to be invited, gently, to practice things outside your usual range. We work in pairs and small groups. The container is built for nervous systems — meaning we go at a pace you can actually metabolize. No one gets put on the spot. The point of the practice is not bravery — it's repetition. Small, repeatable, doable. And you can keep your camera off during the first practice block if you need to — many men do, and no one minds.

Is this only for single guys looking to date?

No. About half the men in any cohort are partnered. The skills — presence, clarity, regulation, repair, leadership, attunement — show up in every relationship: at work, in friendships, with family, with partners, with strangers. We work with the erotic and the romantic openly because most courses won't, but they're one part of a much bigger picture.

How much time per week, honestly?

About 3.5 hours of formal work — a 2-hour live class plus 60–90 minutes of self-study. Plus the weekly challenge, which happens in your real life and shouldn't take any "extra" time, since it's about how you're already living. Men who get the most out of it block off the live class as non-negotiable and treat the self-study like a standing appointment.

What if I miss a live class?

Every live class is recorded. You'll have access to all recordings and materials for life. That said, the live experience is the heart of the course — the practice, the partners, the room. We design schedules around the cohort to maximize live attendance and ask you to commit to showing up when you can.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a coaching and embodied-skill course. It is not a substitute for therapy. If you're navigating acute trauma, suicidality, addiction, or a serious mental-health crisis, please prioritize one-on-one clinical support. Many men do this course alongside their existing therapy, and they tend to find the two reinforce each other beautifully.
